Welcome to the telly Support Page! Here you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions and resources to help you make the most of the telly experience. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please reach out—we’re here to help.
1. Getting Started
- Create an account – Download the Telly app and tap Sign Up. You can sign up using your email.
- Set up your profile – After logging in, add a profile picture and username so your friends can find you.
- Add titles to your watchlist – Tap Add to Watchlist on any movie or show to save it for later.
- Share titles with friends – Select a title and tap the Send button to recommend it to your friends.
2. Managing Your Account
- Reset your password – Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.
- Update your profile – Tap your profile icon to update your picture or username.
- Delete your account – To permanently delete your account and data, contact us at [email protected]
3. Watchlists, Reviews and Social Features
- Logging and rating content – On any title page, tap Log to mark it as watched. You can add a rating. Reviews you post are visible to other users.
- Following friends and sharing – Find friends by searching for their usernames or by connecting your contacts. When you follow someone, their public reviews and lists will appear in your Feed. You can unfollow or block a user via their profile menu.
- Privacy controls – Each watchlist and review you create can be set to Public, Friends Only, or Private. To edit privacy settings, open the list or review and select the preferred visibility level.
3. Social Features
- Send recommendations – Use the Send button on any title to recommend it to someone you follow.
